We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant role in a London-based Entertainment company. The company is a giant E-sports studio chain operating in numerous cities and has millions of members globally. It is seeking to hire an experienced person to fill this position.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' retail experience is required.
- Understanding of the industry and market trends.
- Excellent English and Mandarin (verbal and written) communication skills.
- Exceptional commercial acumen and meticulousness.
- MS Office proficiency.
- The ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Analytical abilities to filter through large amounts of data and information.
- Data-driven and has good problem-solving abilities.
- Positive, helpful, realistic, dependable, and patient.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for gaming, technology, travel, and business.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Operations Manager to supervise routine business operations.
- Be responsible for imposing policies and procedures within the office.
- Proactively suggest enhancements to boost sales success.
- Communicate with several departments to increase performance and job efficiency.
- Keep track of sales orders and supplier relationships.
- Compile sales reports and send them to the appropriate departments.
- Responding to customer, client, and contractor contact and emails.
- Keep up to current on industry and consumer market developments.
