We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator in an Education management company based in London. The firm is a recently created educational coordination organisation in the United Kingdom that provides individualised assistance to students and parents throughout their academic careers. The company is presently searching for an experienced Office Administrator to handle logistical, organizational, and clerical tasks to guarantee smooth and effective daily operations and is ready to offer sponsorship to the successful candidate.

Job Requirements:

• You must have a bachelor's degree.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding time management skills, as well as the ability to distribute and prioritise duties.
• Superior problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented thinking and a keen eye for detail.
• Capable of team leadership and management.
• Proficiency in the majority of standard office software, including:
o Workplace by Google (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Slides, Sheets, Meet, Forms, and others)
o Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc)
o Organizational and project management software (Trello, Todoist)
o Zoom
• Mandarin fluency.

 

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

•    Assist in the implementation and revision of best practices and procedures to guarantee efficient operations.
•    Update the filing systems for corporate papers.
•    Respond to client inquiries and messages in a timely way (via email, phone, or in-person).
•    Keep a corporate calendar and make appointments on it.
•    Schedules and deadlines must be managed.
•    Procedures and methods for administration should be planned and coordinated.
•    Keep an internal database.
•    Create, reconcile, and pursue payment invoices with QuickBooks, and enter data.
•    impromptu chores (may include some research or PA tasks).
•    To address issues creatively, think beyond the box—this profession needs you to continuously seek solutions, not problems.
•    Assist the Operations Manager with the following responsibilities: 
o    Establish strong and effective communication with all parts of the organisation to promote transparency, accountability, and teamwork.
o    Keep track of and assure the growth of pupils through frequent modifications and reporting to parents and higher management.
o    Address and resolve consumer and staff inquiries, comments, and concerns.
o    Recruit, train, and manage workers as well as contracted mentors, tutors, and advisers.
o    Receiving information, directions, or comments from top management, customers, or workers and responding/relaying information/issuing directives to the appropriate parties.
