We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Executive role in a London based Real Estate company. The company is a premium property agency headquartered in London that aims to provide a one-stop solution for everything from interior design and leasing to buying and reselling. The company is searching for a Mandarin and English-speaking creative and competent marketing expert who will be responsible for content writing for Chinese social media networks, video production and editing, and insta - worthy images of apartments and surrounding locations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 1 year of expertise in digital marketing is preferred
- A first-class diploma in Mandarin and English fluency, both written and spoken.
- Mandarin creative writing talents that are second to none.
- Self-assured in creating and delivering property videos.
- Quality assurance and meticulousness.
- In a dynamic and fast-paced setting, a can-do attitude is required.
- Proficient in Chinese digital marketing (WeChat, LRB), preferably in the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of Apple applications and Photoshop.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Create WeChat and LRB articles and posts.
- Make and edit property clips for sales and rentals.
- Discover and cultivate key opinion leaders to promote our assets.
- Create high-quality property fact sheets, social media material, bids, and so on.
- Investigate and plan events to promote sales and lettings services.
- Actively communicate with developers, outside marketing firms, architects, and other professional associates.
- Modify third-party ad networks.
- Work collaboratively with the current marketing teams in the UK and China.
- Assist Sales Directors with report writing and sales meeting minutes.
- Whenever necessary, update promotional materials.
- Help with sales and exhibitions.
- Assist Property Consultants in ensuring that all buyers have a seamless closing process.
- Assist owner-occupants with their move-in.
