We have an exciting opportunity for an International Sales Executive role for a Cheadle based Property Investment Management company. The company is a leader in the real estate investment business, specialising in student housing and property investment. This position's primary task will be to help in achieving full occupancy throughout our countrywide portfolio of purpose-built student housing (PBSA) and this role might require some travelling.
Job Requirements:
- GCSE or equivalent education
- Work experience in Customer Support is desired.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a related field but not required
- Mandarin-speaking individual (preferable but not essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Precision and attention to detail are essential
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Positive, eager, and organised
- Capable of remaining cool under pressure while working in a fast-paced setting
- A team player who can also operate alone
- Must be legally authorised to work in the UK
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Control the client sales cycle from start to finish
• Helping with sales leads across many channels
• Communicate with local site teams and assist them in sales and performance
• Maintain an awareness of local market activities, competitors, product offerings, and market trends
• Participation in trade shows as needed
• Participation in student rebooking events at several locations
• Supporting the Student Services Department as needed
• Any such ad hoc operations that may be necessary on an as-needed basis
