We have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Manager in an Internet company based in London. The company is a well-known software services provider, including custom software, enterprise applications, cloud integration and migration, product creation, and digital strategy consultation. The company is seeking to hire an English and Mandarin bilingual with the necessary skills to fill this position. This will initially be a contractual role with the potential of getting permanent.
Job Requirements:
• Knowledge of the foundations of software design.
• You must be well-organized and detail-oriented and must be able to prioritise many projects.
• A bachelor's degree in a comparable field is necessary.
• It is necessary to be fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Mandarin Chinese is essential.
• Excellent team spirit.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Liaisons with Eu clientele and Chinese developers to ensure effective communication.
• Provide high-quality information technology products for engineering equipment.
• Conducts research on potential clients in order to establish their application needs.
• Collaborates with developers and sales teams to provide clients with estimated offers.
• Support project managers in managing project progress, such as execution, growth, quality control, and fulfilment.
• Regularly participates in training.
• Report on IT operations to upper management.
• Interprets testing data, diagnoses system issues, and collaborates with engineers to find and fix them.
