We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager role in a London-based Education Coordination company. The firm is a new educational coordination company that provides individualised help to students and parents in their academic careers in the United Kingdom. It is seeking an experienced Activities Manager to oversee and organise the company's operations and the firm is capable of offering sponsorship to the appropriate candidate.
Job Requirements:
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent time management abilities, as well as the capacity to delegate and prioritise responsibilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and creative-thinking abilities.
• Detail-oriented thinking and high attention to detail.
• Capable of leading and managing a team.
• Competence in most common office applications, including:
o Google Workplace (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Slides, Sheets, Meet, Forms, and others)
o MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc)
o Software for organisation and project management (Trello, Todoist)
o Zoom
• Mandarin fluency.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage business operations effectively and follow best practices to guarantee efficient operations.
• Update and modify company processes and procedures on a regular basis to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage a team of 2-3 individuals effectively (assign roles appropriately, prioritise work, create objectives, enforce responsibility, provide feedback).
• Maintain strong and effective communication with all organisational members to guarantee transparency, responsibility, and teamwork.
• Keep all information, correspondence, and files organised.
• Keep track of and assure the growth of pupils through frequent modifications and reporting to parents and higher management.
• Creating business reports and providing updates to top management.
• Respond to and resolve consumer and employee inquiries, comments, and concerns.
• Employees and contractual mentors/tutors/advisers must be recruited, trained, and managed.
• Receiving information, directions, or comments from top management, customers, or workers and responding/relaying information/issuing directives to the appropriate parties.
• To address issues creatively, think beyond the box—this profession needs you to continuously seek solutions, not problems.
