We have an exciting opportunity for a Cantonese speaking Letting administrator role in a Greater Manchester-based Real Estate firm. The firm began as a modest property company and has slowly developed over the years. The ideal applicant for this position will be competent and proactive in their approach, as well as highly eager and driven, and fluent in Cantonese.
Job Requirements:
• Customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Excellent meticulous
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to work autonomously are required
• a complete UK driving permit
• Microsoft Office proficiency
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Responding to potential renters' phone and email inquiries
• Enquiries are registered and appointments are scheduled
• Follow-up inquiries
• Coordination of move-ins
• Transaction processing (security deposits + advance rent, for example)
• Property inspections are performed on an as-needed basis
• Working as a member of the Lettings team and covering for other negotiators as needed
• Any other responsibilities considered appropriate to aid the team
