We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Consultant role in a London based Real Estate company. The firm is searching for a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to assist it in growing rapidly expanding property consultancy. An expert at obtaining fresh leads and closing new clients will be a perfect fit for this role. The Property Consultant will assist in the acquisition of new clients for the company's existing sales and lettings department.

Job Requirements:

•    Ideally, you should have recent experience working with clients.
•    A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
•    Dedicated, patient, and polite, and always eager to give excellent customer service.
•    A team member who can work well with others in the office.
•    Detail-oriented in their interactions with team and clients, and their promotional materials.
•    Excellent customer service skills, especially great telephone manner.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as a trustworthy and honest demeanour.
•    Strong negotiating abilities, backed up with a winning mindset.
•    Property law knowledge.
•    Knowledge of typical letting agency software, as well as a broad understanding of IT and computer work.
•    Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
•    And a keen eye for detail, as well as a knack for solving difficulties.
•    Can speak and type Cantonese and Mandarin fluently.
•    Able to regularly commute or relocate to London is a must.
 

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

•    Assisting with appraisals and delivering new orders.
•    Inspecting new sales and rental properties.
•    Helping to create leads for new landlords with the marketing manager.
•    Delivering real estate management services to our landlords, which includes maintenance and bill payment on their behalf.
•    And handling tenancy contracts from beginning to end.
•    Observing and evaluating our rivals' performance and activities.
•    Working with the corporate director to assess the sales and lettings department's performance, current market circumstances, and any other pertinent concerns that may emerge.
