We have an exciting opportunity for 3 Store Manager roles in a London based Supermarket. The Group is devoted to providing a wide selection of quality and fashionable foodstuffs, as well as traditional and popular street cuisine, by developing a "Daily One-stop Shop" model. As manager, you will be in charge of all retail operations, as well as maintaining practise and Health & Safety policies inside the shop and assisting with employee inductions and coaching.

Job Requirements:

•   Working experience as a store manager is a plus.
•   Leadership and development experience.
•   Self-discipline, planning, and problem-solving abilities are all excellent.
•   A customer-centric approach.
•   General store management and guidelines are well-understood.
•   Not averse to focusing attention.
•   Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a retail setting.
•   Outstanding communication abilities.
•   You must be legally permitted to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

•   Opening and closing the shop.
•   Manage procedures and policies like as health and safety, customer support, and inventory management.
•   Set a good example for your team and inspire them.
•   Accept complete accountability for the store's success and routine operations.
•   Allocate work productively and inspire staff to attain great performance.
•   Resolve issues quickly so that your staff may concentrate on their work.
•   Staff should be recruitment, training and development.
•   In charge of staff rotas.
•   Ensure that your shop provides outstanding customer service.
•   Manage and enhance your shop's performance measures.
•   Payroll budgeting is something that you should be aware of and be able to handle.
•   Keep track of everyday expenses and earnings.
•   Maintain a positive connection with the building's administration.
•   Control inventory shrinkage and loss.
•   Assess any concerns with employee performance in the store.
