We have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Manager position with a UK-based E-liquid company. Our client is on a mission to create the greatest, cleanest, and most delicious e-liquid brand for customers all over the world. They're searching for a high-performing Sales Manager to assist them in achieving their revenue and client acquisition goals.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of Sales experience and contacts in the vape and e-liquid/CBD industries are required.
  • A history of reaching or surpassing sales and KPI goals.
  • Willing to work from home and travel extensively across the United Kingdom.
  • The mentality of a hunter and a self-starter.
  • Basic computing abilities are required. (Knowledge of a CRM system is a bonus).
  • Must be coachable.
  • Team player who is creative, adaptable, and inventive, as well as having excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • To fulfil set goals and KPIs generates and grows new business.
  • Every day, manage and update your CRM.
  • Analyze the possibilities of the territory/market; create leads; make calls to possible clients.
  • Call and email customers to respond to their questions.
  • Keep up to date with the company's goods and services.
  • Understands and conveys information to new and current clients about corporate goods, services, policies, and processes.
  • Keep track of customer information, sales, and status reports.
  • Prepares and delivers sales orders to customers.
  • Assists in the completion, accuracy, and timely submission of all mandatory client documentation.
  • Existing client relationships are maintained and nurtured.
  • Customers, both current and future, are visited to assess requirements and market items.
  • Negotiates prices and informs consumers about product availability.
  • Client deposits and balance payments are processed.
  • Responds promptly and professionally to all queries and requests.
  • As needed, attends and participates in business/trade activities.
  • Attends and participates in team strategic sales meetings, as well as working with senior management to achieve sales objectives.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of sales and orders.
  • Sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • As allocated by management, performs additional related sales responsibilities.
