We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive - Chinese Market Focus role for a Glasgow based information technology & services company. The firm provides comprehensive outsourced solutions to assist businesses in designing, building, and promoting online stores as well as providing customer service to their online consumers. This position will assist the Digital Marketing Team in developing and implementing the finest Affiliate Marketing practices to support the sales, conversion, and digital involvement strategy.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum three years of affiliate marketing experience
• A strategic thinker who can properly explain company concept
• Digital marketing expertise in the Affiliated channel
• A proven track record of effectively implementing Affiliate strategy, operations, and client connections
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills, as well as a business mindset
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Create a comprehensive Affiliate Marketing promotion schedule: daily, every week, monthly, quarterly, and annual.
• Create a development strategy for affiliate marketing.
• Oversee affiliate marketing, including affiliate platform handling, affiliate customer relations, new affiliate relationship recruitment, and affiliate budgeting.
• Ascertain that the Affiliate Marketing group is doing well and that the personnel are active.
• Collaborate with other people in the marketing team to make sure that the whole marketing team is high-performing and helpful.
• Expand the Affiliate Marketing channel in markets with high development potential.
• To ensure that Affiliate Marketing strategies integrate other marketing channels, review promotion campaigns and offer with the Digital Marketing Manager.
• Tracking sales figures on Affiliate Marketing Channels to ensure that we are right on track to meet our goals; continue to optimise Affiliate performance to achieve their full potential.
• Pursue new powerful Affiliates on a regular basis, deepen ties with current Affiliates, and stick to the plan to meet monthly goals.
• When selling performance falls short of expectations, bring charges and engage with Affiliates to figure out how to recover.
• Ensure that Affiliate Marketing reports accurately reflect affiliate marketing's key performance indicators.
• Regulate the approval and termination of affiliate commissions.
• Assist the China team in the establishment of affiliate connections.
