We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Influencer Coordinator role for a Cosmetics company based in London. Our client is a global cosmetics company known for its safe, skin-friendly, youth-enhancing, multi-tasking makeup and skincare products.

You'll help the team with all aspects of influencer outreach, including discovering and engaging with key on-brand Chinese influencers, interacting with influencers online to sustain the partnership, managing database information, and reporting on outreach results. You'll also be in charge of ensuring that the Chinese Influencer Program operates smoothly on a daily basis.

Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
Time management is essential.
Excellent management abilities.
Pay close attention to the specifics.
Working knowledge of major Chinese social media platforms
Understanding Chinese influencer marketing, especially in the beauty industry (RED, Weibo, Douyin, Bilibili, etc).

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Assist the team with all aspects of the Chinese influencer programme, including finding and contacting influencers, managing relationships, and tracking and monitoring influencer messages.
Ascertain that the influencer database is up to date and contains all relevant information.
Identify influencers with whom the brand should partner ahead of time.
If necessary, work with an MCN agency to communicate with influencers.
