We have an exciting opportunity for a Immigration Supervisor role with a London-based law firm. Our client is a progressive, modern law firm that offers specialised legal services. Requirements:

It is preferable to have excellent verbal and written Mandarin language skills.
Considerable experience in immigration law, including appeals, JR, PBS, and HR applications.
Supervisory experience of at least three years is required.
Worked under a work overload and to short timelines in the past.
Capable of leading and developing a team.
Personal organisation and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Create, market, and expand the immigration department.
Day-to-day monitoring of the immigration department to implement and monitor a high standard of service, adhere to practise standards, resolve any compliance issues, and meet expected targets.
Provide the immigration department with frequent updates and internal training.
Discover new revenue streams.
Streamline and enhance the department's procedures.
Keep up to date on the most recent relevant legislation and policy changes.
Regularly review the files of all immigration colleagues.
